I was hoping that my family and I had found a local business we could support, as we prefer to shop and work locally whenever possible. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. If you don't want to keep sending your vehicle back for additional repairs, I would not recommend this shop. I brought my pickup in for a U-joint and blower motor issue. When I picked it up, I was told the battery had died. I said I would keep an eye on it and let them know if anything changed. About a week later, I called because the problem had not improved and scheduled another appointment. At that point, they told me it was the battery and replaced it. Not long after that, my starter went out. It's been extremely frustrating having to repeatedly call and bring my truck back when it was actually starting worse after the repairs than it was when I first dropped it off. I tried speaking with Matt, but he did not seem very knowledgeable about the situation and simply repeated himself without offering any real solutions. I also spoke with Rebecca (Becky), which was equally frustrating. She frequently talked over me instead of listening and made comments about the make and model of my vehicle, implyi

This is a great place to go if you’re looking for great pricing, friendly people, and great service. The work was completed efficiently, and communication throughout was great. I highly recommend giving these guys heavy consideration when looking for your automotive needs.

I totally forgot to write a review for this place and honestly I'm kind of sad. These people were absolutely fantastic handling my car and talking to me. I had my 2010 RDX in for an inspection, and they found most if not all the issues! Quoted me for it (very reasonable prices, and they give back to the community). Super knowledgeable people and I'd trust them with my car anytime.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cody and Matt at Bo's Auto and Towing and they exceeded my expectations for competent work, clear communication, a fair and resonable price and timely completion of my car repair. 10/10 recommend! I had a great experience with this place! From the moment I walked, they made me feel comfortable and never once made me feel like they were trying to upsell me or take advantage of me. They were very honest, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly! The services were done in a timely manner, and their communication throughout the process was excellent! It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but this shop definitely earned my trust. I’ll be coming back for any future car issue or maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!
